2019 - 2020 Financial Records

This financial year ran from 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020. 

Budget
The Parish Council's budget for 2019-20 was approved at its meeting of on 18th November 2018 and is available here:

Audit
The Parish Council undergoes three stages of audit. The first is carried out throughout the year as part of the Council's day-to-day checks, controls and processes. These are detailed in a document approved at the start of the financial year:

The second and third stages are carried out at the end of the financial year when checks are carried out by auditors from outside of the Council. The internal audit report informs the Annual Governance and Accountability Review (AGAR), which is usually approved at the Annual Parish Council Meeting in May. [There was no Annual Meeting in 2020 due to Covid restrictions, so the AGAR was approved at July's ordinary council meeting].
